Chances are if you made it to this page you have a desire to enhance or sustain your overall wellbeing. Honestly we all do on at least some level, right?

 I believe being genuinely healthy and happy should be simple. But, to accomplish  homeostasis we must first have that deep driving desire. Then right effort, awareness, wisdom within and without, devotion, and surrender come into play. Being in tune with our own selves is vital in sustaining wellbeing and happiness. The body is a Temple and the heart an abode of bliss!!

I currently offer Integrated Massage Therapy, Integrated Yogic Massage sessions, Reiki level II, Traditional Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga instruction, Meditation, Japa Meditation, and have a new line of Aromatherapy products available.

 My heart guides me in all I do and am indescribably grateful for all that life brings. I look forward to sharing, teaching, and learning with you.
